Burgum Waives Hours of Service for Haulers of Propane and Other Petroleum Fuels

Doug Burgum, Governor of North Dakota hereby declares that a state of emergency exists in North Dakota pertaining to hours of service for drivers of commercial motor vehicles transporting propane and other petroleum fuels.
